Positive points

  • Good quality of service. Nothing to blame France Télécom for on this side.
  • Well-designed webmail, with many options (stationery)
  • Convergence with Orange Mobile

Negatives

  • Extremely limited choice of addresses: inevitably, when you open an address, you are at least the 12 millionth to do so…
  • Rather limited basic service. To get more (an antivirus, for example), you need to reach into your wallet and subscribe to paid options. It’s a high cost, especially when you know the subscription amounts and that there are better and free alternatives elsewhere.
