As the leading Internet service provider in France (nearly 10 million subscribers in 2012), Orange is one of the top email address providers, and Orange Mail is the most viewed email service.

- Good quality of service. Nothing to blame France Télécom for on this side.
- Well-designed webmail, with many options (stationery)
- Convergence with Orange Mobile
Negatives
- Extremely limited choice of addresses: inevitably, when you open an address, you are at least the 12 millionth to do so…
- Rather limited basic service. To get more (an antivirus, for example), you need to reach into your wallet and subscribe to paid options. It’s a high cost, especially when you know the subscription amounts and that there are better and free alternatives elsewhere.
