The new Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) website is online

Dear users: this version of the HELP website is not the current one, it will not be updated anymore and is on-line only till the end of 2011, for who among you still need to have access to its own materials and documents.

The new HELP website is now available on-line at the following address: http:// www.coe.int/help .

The new website is the heart of the European Programme for Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals, funded by the Human Rights Trust Fund. All interested users can login at http:// www.coe.int/help , to access to a wide range of ECHR training resources, translated into many national languages: training manuals on ECHR Methodology and Key Concepts, Handbooks, standard curricula, course outlines, presentations, case studies, e-learning courses on the different articles and themes of the ECHR.

The website is also used as a platform for distance learning courses. It incorporates a presentation of all NTI that are partners in the project, and hosts forums to stimulate discussions and debates on human rights issues.
